General information
Consular registration of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan permanently and temporarily residing abroad is carried out in order to ensure full protection of their rights, legitimate interests and security by the state.
No entry is made in passports for consular registration or deregistration. If the citizen wishes, the consulate shall issue a certificate of consular registration or deregistration.
