Electronic visa to Azerbaijan
Dear Sir or Madam,
Considering that the World Health Organization has declared the global pandemic of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated 12.03.2020, the issuance of visas upon arrival to the international airports of the Republic of Azerbaijan and electronic visas via “ASAN Visa” system are suspended for a period of 45 days in order to prevent spread of the virus on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In case of any changes, additional information will be provided.
“ASAN visa” electronic visa portal
Starting from January 10, 2017 the State Agency on Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan will begin to process electronic visas through “ASAN Visa” system.
The foreigners can get the e-visa in just 3 steps (apply, pay and download e-Visa) via the Portal.
E-visa is issued within 3 (three) working days, it will be valid for 30 days and the fee for it is 20 USD. The fee for the e-Visa is paid electronically via the system. The e-Visa is sent to the e-mail address of an applicant.

Electronic visas will be issued only to nationals of countries listed below:
- Bolivia (Plurinational State of)
- Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Brunei Darussalam
- Costa Rica
- Czech Republic
- Holy See (Vatican)
- Iran (Islamic Republic of)
- New Zealand
- Republic of Korea
- San Marino
- Saudi Arabia
- South Africa
- Sri Lanka
- Trinidad and Tobago
- United Arab Emirates
- United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
- United States of America
